📌 How I Got Into SpaceX Private Equity (2021)

I first discovered SpaceX private stock in 2021, when its pre-IPO valuation was around $76 per share. At the time, SpaceX was already a dominant force in space exploration, but its stock was not publicly traded. Investing in SpaceX wasn’t as simple as buying shares on the stock market.

By the time I took my first deep dive into the SpaceX private equity market, the share price was $71 per share, and soon after, it climbed to:
✅ $95 per share (~$150 billion valuation)
✅ $112 per share
✅ $121.5 per share
✅ 2025: $185 per share (~$350 billion valuation)

Like many investors, I wanted to understand how SpaceX stock was valued and whether it was possible to invest in SpaceX before an IPO. But there was a problem—private equity investing felt like an exclusive club, and retail investors were left out.
